Accessing Public Folders

  • In the bottom left corner of your screen find the windows search bar.





  • 2. In the search bar search for “This Pc” and then select the program.





    3. In the program navigate to the “Local Disk (:C) drive.





    4. In the Local Disk drive find the “Users” File and open it





    5. Under users find the Public folder. In this folder, you can add documents and share them with your subs just drag and drop the file into the desired folder.
